Waiheke Island is a major holiday destination over the December to April period and this is also when most weddings occur. Accommodation therefore needs to be booked at least 6-12 months in advance. The earlier you book the more choice you will have.
Most accommodation over the summer months requires a two night minimum stay on the weekends. The Waiheke Island Resort in Palm Beach is one of the few places that have a one night minimum stay all year round.
